Capsugel is not only a supplier of capsules, but in future must be regarded as the "leading provider of innovative dosage forms and solutions for health care customers around the world".
Strategy and approach
Lemento, on the basis of the new mission, develops a clear positioning and communication platform for Capsugel. Lemento then creates a visual identity with associated guidelines. This identity is applied to the stationery, office documents, publications and digital communication. Lemento also ensures its launch in the various plants in Belgium and France. In addition, Lemento guides Capsugel in B2B communication with e-mail campaigns, show stands, sample showcards, marketing brochures ... Via the Lemento corporate identity portal, the Capsugel staff and other agencies have access to a logo bank, image bank, guidelines and design package files.
