Expectra Group
Corporate branding within a multibranding organisation
Expectra Group specializes in recruitment and selection, and in providing temporary employees (contracting and outsourcing). The company is a part of Vedior Holding, the world reference in human ressources with 15,000 advisers and 2,430 offices in 49 countries, one of the main HR service providers.
Assessment
Expectra group’s identity is an inheritance of France, where business unit brands are not common. In Belgium, Expectra Group is a house of brands and discretion and austerity are crucial to be able to serve as an endorser. A new style is required.
Strategy and approach
Lemento gives the logo a facelift: more stylised, more simple and with a professional typography. The use of colour is limited to one: deep blue. Lemento also creates the corporate identity and its applications. The same approach is used for Expectra Group Academy. This results in a powerful identity for the company behind the brands.
