Team

The Lemento-team consists of ten passionate colleagues. They are mainly consultants, project managers, graphic designers and web developers. The management consists of Nele Slabbinck and Tom Vanderbauwhede.

 

Nele Slabbinck (°1971)
Creative consultant - partner
Nele Slabbinck holds a Master's Degree in Visual Arts at Sint-Lucas in Ghent (Belgium). She also obtained a diploma in Photography at the Municipal Academy of Fine Arts in Sint-Niklaas (Belgium). After completing a number of short assignments with several advertising agencies, Nele became a freelance graphic designer. In 2000, Nele established the communication agency Lemento together with Tom.

Tom Vanderbauwhede (°1972)
Managing director - partner
Tom graduated in Applied Economics at the Ghent University (Belgium). He also obtained an MBA at the renowned Vlerick School for Management Leuven-Ghent (Belgium). After years of working as a commercial manager of a medium-sized company and as a managing director of an internet start-up, Tom established the communication agency Lemento together with Nele.

 

Nele Slabbinck was selected Icon of Design in Flanders for designing the logo of the Province of Vlaams-Brabant. The exhibition ran from 2 October 2003 until 10 March 2004 at the Flemish Parliament in Brussels (Belgium).
