Lemento is developing a new employer branding campaign for Ferranti Computer Systems. The end is obvious: becoming first choice in the job market. This is imperative, as dozens of Ferranti job openings need to be filled in 2009. By being more present in the job market and by putting the spotlights on its values, standards and advantages as an employer, Ferranti aims to attract the talented. Lemento is responsible for the campaign concept and its implementation. First, a number of specific adverts will be placed in magazines and online. Then come job fairs at colleges and universities. A new warrior has joined the hunt for talent.
