Together with Tony Spaeth/Identity, Lemento developed the Corporate Brand Matrix, the first model to make a quantifiable link between strategy and identity. The Corporate Brand Matrix is an instrument to detect the reasons to change your corporate identity. It is an instrument to analyse, plan and assess corporate rebranding operations.
