Voxtron is a multinational company, active in the sector of Unified Communications, offering specialised software solutions for call & contact centres and interactive voice response. Voxtron's headquarters are in Temse, and it has large SME's and large corporations as clients.

For a large number of clients software from Voxtron has evolved into a business critical  application. Furthermore, the 3 products which Voxtron currently offers are to be integrated into one product suite. The launch of this solution which encompasses and replaces all others is also an opportunity to deal with corporate identity at the same time.

Strategy and approach
The new brand identity clearly represents what Voxtron stands for: dynamic, open and competent. Lemento designed the new logo and corporate identity and implemented them in its stationery, office templates, corporate brochure, online marketing solutions and corporate website. "We are absolutely delighted that our new corporate identity successfully represents the values which our clients recognise", states Ralf Mühlenhöver, managing director of Voxtron Germany. The new brand identity was launched at CallCenterWorld 2010 in Berlin.
